The Inspire FT2 Trainer

Once you've finished performing pulley exercises simply hook up the red smith bar to create your very own smith machine. This allows you to perform squats, deadlifts, and chest presses (with optional bench). The bar rotates much like a traditional smith system and the innovative weight multiplier doubles the maximum resistance for heavier lifters.
