Ecore produce a range of different flooring options either as tiles or on a roll and in different layers of thickness. Here we have highlighted just a few flooring options that showcase what is on offer.

All Ecore flooring products boast strong green credentials as Ecore are basically upcycling, using rubber products that have reached the end of their life cycle. In fact at Ecore 62% of products contain recycled content. They are the largest converter of reclaimed rubber in North America, in 2021 they upcycled 100 million pounds of truck tiles that would otherwise have been heading for landfill. In addition the manufacturing process produces virtually no waste.

Basic Fit Rubber

Available in either 6mm, 8mm or 9mm thicknesses and as a tile or roll this flooring is a recycled composition rubber fitness floor. It is durable, easy to maintain and a great choice for all fitness applications. It absorbs 10.4% energy and will cope with moderate weight impact. It reduces noise and is available in different colours and can also be produced bearing different corporate logos.

Ebb and Flow Motivate

Looking great with a woven vinyl surface the ebb and flow motivate comes on a roll with a total product thickness of 6mm. It is built using TRU technology and absorbs an incredible 12% of energy whilst also offering 69% energy restitution.

Made from reclaimed rubber this flooring is both comfortable and durable. It will cope with light weight impact and is resistant to scuffs and marks. It also reduces noise and is available in six exciting colour options.

Performance dB Tile

If you want the best soundproofing and shock absorption this molded tile with a total product thickness of 63.5mm could be the one for you. Great in heavy use areas offering 67.7% energy absorption and 46.1% energy restitution. Made again from reclaimed rubber this tile is durable, will reduce heavy weight impact noise and impact force. It also offers a high coefficient of friction in wet and dry areas and is available in lots of different colour options.

Performance Ultratile

This rubber floor tile offers a total product thickness of 25.4mm offering a moderate to extreme weight drop which offers 50.2% energy absorption and 47.9% energy restitution. Made from reclaimed rubber this tile offers a long-life expectancy and is available in lots of different colour options.

Performance Vinyl Tile PVT

Safer, quieter and more ergonomic than a usual luxury vinyl tile (LVT)( the Ecore PVT is called the Heritage Motivate. It looks like wood but is actually made from reclaimed rubber. It comes as a plank in two different sizes with a total product thickness of 7mm. It offers 10.6% force reduction and 66.7% energy restitution. It is beautiful to look at but is easy to maintain, durable and is really comfortable underfoot.

Turf Range

Ecore offer a range of different turf looking products for use indoors and outside. In fact they offer seven distinct products including the Motivate and Rally range which you would select for footwork drills and sled work. The ultratile option is also good for footwork indoor or outdoor and is made from a dense text polyethylene surface layer.
