With current demand on logistics companies and shipping delays caused by the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, orders placed by these dates may not be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. We will endeavour to keep all customers up to date regarding any delivery delays.
Please note these dates will be subject to stock availability, weather conditions and carrier capacity.
Orders during the Christmas period are likely to be processed on 30th or 31st December for delivery in the New Year.
Purchases made from the 1st of December can be returned up until the 31st of January for an exchange or refund.
For orders under £100, we charge a flat rate fee of £6.99 to cover postage & packaging.
* For larger or particularly heavy items, we reserve the right to charge a delivery fee based on it's size and weight. Some oversized items may incur an extra delivery charge which will be indicated at checkout.
** UK Mainland addresses exclude (but not limited to) the following postcodes: BT, HS, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, KW, G and any offshore postcodes for BFPO or Isle of Man. These postcodes may incur a delivery surcharge, please contact us for more information and a quote.
This site is predominantly targeted at UK customers although we DO DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY having sent goods to the EU and Middle East during 2020. Please call us on 01494 956765 or send us an email via the 'contact us' page if you live outside of the UK as we have some great rates for delivery to Europe and further afield.
We reserve the right to assess each order that is placed for Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands, based on item/weight. Please contact us for delivery quotes to any non-mainland UK address.
Delivery times can vary depending on stock levels so we will always give you an estimated delivery period at the time of purchase. Deliveries are usually Monday to Friday during normal working hours 8am - 6pm (weekends by arrangement). As a guideline, the average delivery times are as follows:
Given the size and weight of a lot of our products, a signature is required on delivery. If there is unlikely to be anyone present to accept delivery please include any delivery instructions at the point of order (i.e. if items can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour). However, GymEquipment.co.uk do not accept any responsibility for items lost or stolen if they are left elsewhere at your request.
Please notify us of any delivery obstructions when ordering and ensure that the delivery area is clear. Pallet deliveries are normally curb-side drop only but special arrangements can be made upon request.
We can also professionally install *** your machines and show you how they work. All installers have been comprehensively trained by the equipment manufacturers so that they are able to competently assemble every type of gym machine.
If your order is delivery only (without installation), this should be considered a front door delivery. This means that it will be your responsibility to move the machine to right location in your house.
