Delivery Costs & InformationWe offer FREE Delivery* on orders over £100, to most UK mainland addresses **.
For orders under £100, we charge a flat rate fee of £6.99 to cover postage & packaging.
* For large or particularly heavy items, or for multiple shipments, from different suppliers, we reserve the right to charge a delivery fee based on it's size and weight which require a pallet or overszied package. Align-Pilates reformers are excluded from free delivery. Some oversized items may also incur an extra delivery charge, which will be indicated at checkout.
** UK Mainland addresses exclude (but not limited to) the following postcodes: BT, HS, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, KW, G and any offshore postcodes for BFPO, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands. We do delivery to these addresses, but there will be a delivery surcharge which we will advise you of when you order. You can can of course call us for more information and a quote.
How Do We Handle Delivery?
Our GymEquipment.co.uk website is predominantly targeted at UK customers. We do however DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY and have sent air and shipping freight to the EU and Middle East. Please call us on 01494 952182 or send us an email via the 'contact us' page if you live outside of the UK as we have some great rates for delivery to Europe and further afield.
We reserve the right to assess each order that is placed for Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands, based on item/weight. Please contact us for delivery quotes to any non-mainland UK address.
Delivery times can vary depending on stock levels so we will always give you an estimated delivery period at the time of purchase. Deliveries are usually Monday to Friday during normal working hours 8am - 6pm (weekends by arrangement). As a guideline, the average delivery times are as follows:
- Delivery only (no installation) 5 - 7 working days
- Delivery with installation 7 - 14 working days
Given the size and weight of a lot of our products, a signature is required on delivery. If there is unlikely to be anyone present to accept delivery please include any delivery instructions at the point of order (i.e. if items can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour). However, GymEquipment.co.uk do not accept any responsibility for items lost or stolen if they are left elsewhere at your request.
Please notify us of any delivery obstructions when ordering and ensure that the delivery area is clear. Pallet deliveries are classed as a curb-side drop only but special arrangements can be made upon request and for an additional charge.
We can also professionally install your machines and show you how they work***. All installers have been comprehensively trained by the equipment manufacturers so that they are able to competently assemble every type of gym machine.
If your order is for delivery only (without installation), this should be considered a doorstep delivery. This means that it will be your responsibility to move the machine to the right location in your property.

By law, all customers in the UK have statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel their order (prior to shipment) for any item, other than bespoke equipment ordered that has gone in to production, purchased on our website or over the telephone, for a full refund.
We also offer a 14 day return option after the delivery of the item. During this time we will offer you an exchange or a refund on gym equipment that is returned to us within 14 days of return request being approved.
After the 14 day return, we reserve the right to charge a handling and restocking fee for the item, even if the item is still wrapped and in perfect condition. This is typically 20% of the item price. All pick up and return charges must be borne by the customer.
