This Nautilus DAP offers 2 x 100kg weight stacks that make use of their patented Lock N Load weight selection system. The increments are small (2kg) which means it's perfect for rehab work. The cable ratio is 2:1 so the actual resistance weight is 50kg per stack for purposes of your lifting.
