The benefits of battle ropes

- The wave: This involves creating a continuous wave with the rope, alternating if you wish between the right and left hand.
- Battle rope slams: The battle rope slam involves you slamming the rope down to the floor.
- Side-to-side pulls: Side-to-side pulls involve you pulling the rope towards you as quickly as possible.
