The FT2 Package

One of the hottest products on the market, the Inspire FT2 Trainer is a high quality functional trainer designed for home or commercial use. It gives you all the functionality of a dual adjustable pulley but has extra high and low pulley points, a smith system and pull up bar. With an 8 point pulley system (2 wide adjustable pulleys with 32 height positions, 2 high pulleys and 4 low points) you can perform an endless number of functional training exercises. Once you've finished performing pulley exercises simply hook up the red smith bar to create your very own smith machine. This allows you to perform squats, deadlifts, and chest presses. The bar rotates much like a traditional smith system and the innovative weight multiplier doubles the maximum resistance for heavier lifters.
