Spirit Fitness created the XT285 to be a good quality standard treadmill that can be used for walking, jogging and running either on the flat, or using the incline function (it's the little brother of the Spirit Fitness XT485 treadmill). It comes with a good 20" x 60" running deck that offers the 6 cushion deck technology to help soften your landing - this also helps shock absorption to hepl reduce body pain.
The XT285 Folding Treadmill
Made to be easy to operate, even with the folding function, the Spirit XT285 running machine comes with a backlit LCD console that hlds all your metrics and functionality. It also offers Bluetooth integration with the Spirit app and that intergates with other apps like FitBit, iHealth, Strava and more. Comes with a very generous 10 year motor warranty. What's not to like.
