The Tread Climber in Action

It's a superb design and an easy action to learn and then workout with. Simply step up on to the treadles and use the console to set your walking pace. The front of the treadles can be an incline of up to 18 degrees, but it falls during use which means at push off you are near level. It feels most like walking in sand - which is why you get a calorie burn double that of a normal treadmill.

The console controls are easy to use and feature an easy to access 'Hot Bar' that provides one-finger speed and level controls. You also get an integrated stop button as well as contact heart rate grips that ensure you can work to your target heart rate zone for maximum benefit.
