With 18 different programs on offer (4 of which are yours to create) you get all the usual metrics including Laps Completed, Segment Time, Watts, Calories, Distance, Pace, Heart Rate, Time and more. Add to that the fact that thanks to the FTMS Bluetooth you can connect to FitBit, Zwift, Apple Health Kit, Kinomap , Map My Fitness and more via the Spirit+ App.

Spirit have looked at the training position and the multiple hand grip positions and hand sensors are well placed and easy to use during activity. The XE295 Elliptical feels more steady as you stride thank to the dual aluminium wheel tracks and adjustable pedal level. A smooth and easy stride as you workout. Finally, the in built wheels offer a simple way for you to move the cross trainer around if required for space.
