With a huge weight capacity, the easily adjusted back rest offers 7 positions, 80 degrees upright to flat, plus the -8 degree decline. Also, for comfort and positioning, the Animal Adjustable Bench seat can be put in 3 positions too.

Of most importance for serious lifters, the Watson Animal Adjustable Bench remains stable and does not move or rock when lifting, even with the heaviest weights. Additionally, the low height helps you feel comfortable when working out, as well as the stability.
