At home or in a commercial gym the Watson Plate Loaded Smith Machine offers you a heavy-duty Smith machine that is ultra smooth even with a full load. Why? Watson have turned to Thomson Linear Bearings (state-of-the-art linear bearings) to ensure their claims. Quiet and smooth whether you choose the 25kg bar weight, or go with 200kg on a squat or deadlift. The durable quality frame is constructed from 100 x 50 mm and 70 x 70 mm box section steel to give you years of high level use.

Making very high quality gym equipment is what Watson do. The Watson Smith Machine is no different. With the 25kg bar, you can rotate to 'lock off' on the pins thanks to the 4 x 30mm roller bearings. What's more, the lock pins are fully welded, to giving you extra safety. This Smiths Machine also comes with a built in safety catcher also locks on those pins. Customise with your choice of frame colour to give you a unique Smith for home or commercial studio gym.
