Physical Conditioning Sled Xtreme

Sled training (aka Sled Dawgs or Prowler sleds) is useful for all athletes who want to improve speed and power. The Physical Conditioning Sled Xtreme has an empty weight of 40kg giving you a good starting point for push and pull exercises (with or without ropes). A heavy-duty strength and conditioning sled, its purpose is to help build explosive power, strength and stamina. It's ideal for HIIT and Hyrox training as it features dual high-sided handles with multiple knurled grip positions which gives you secure and comfortable pushing and pulling even when sweaty.

The Physical Conditioning Sled is built from a durable 3mm black steel tubing and the SledX features plate-loading central horn for progressive resistance training. You get additional low bars and rope attachment points to give you completely versatile workout options, while specially contoured feet help protect gym flooring. Designed for demanding commercial environments, it delivers a powerful, full-body conditioning workout backed by a full commercial warranty.
