The MOTU White Flow

Designed and manufactured by Pilates experts, the MOTU Flow Reformer machine in white offers a contemporary look and feel. The aluminium frame houses glide rails that accommodate the 8 wheeled carriage and include 3 carriage stopper positions. The carriage has a microfibre faux leather padding that is comfortable as well as easy to clean. Finally, the resistance is supplied by the 5 premium quality Korean piano wire springs - 3 strong, 1 medium, 1 light.

The white MOTU Flow is fully adjustable in all the usual places. This helps to maximise comfort and accessibility. Starting at the head of the Pilates reformer, the two rope pulley risers are easy to adjust and there is a both an adjustable head rest  (3 positions) and width-adjustable shoulder pads. At the foot of the pilates reformer you get a 6-position high-density foam-covered foot bar. The 8mm ropes are connected with the automatic rope tidy system that helps to prevent loose ropes during a workout. The jump board is easy to add or remove - as are the foot platform and platform extender. Finally, once you're finished, simply walk the frame up to a vertical position for storage.
