The MOTU Reformer bundle includes all the accessories we list below. This is a fully commercial reformer that's being used in over 30 Pilates studios across the UK.

As standard the MOTU Flow offers an aluminium frame, 8 wheeled carriage, 5 Korean piano wire springs, adjustable shoulder pads and head rest and a 6-position footbar system. There is a retractable rope system (not a normal addition for reformers at this price) plus a jump board that uses poles, not a wooden extension to the board. Finally, with its 36cm floor to "top of the carriage bed", there's no need for extra feet to make this accessible for all. Your MOTU Reformer bundle includes a sitting box, maple pole, jump board, foot platform and platform extender.

The Breakdown

The MOTU Flow aluminium frame houses glide rails for an 8-wheeled carriage, with 3 positions for the carriage stoppers. The carriage is covered with a slate grey microfibre faux leather padding that is comfortable and easy to clean. Resistance is by 5 premium quality Korean piano wire springs - 3 x strong (red), 1 x medium (blue) and 1 x light (yellow). There is also a 3-position Spring Adjustment Bar that gives you even more resistance adjustability.

Fully adjustable, the two "rope pulley risers" are easy to adjust up and down. The headrest offers 3 positions and the shoulder pads can be set for narrow or wide positions. The foot of the Pilates Reformer then offers a 6-position, high-density foam-covered foot bar system.

Along with the durable 8mm ropes, the Flow reformer comes with a unique automatic rope tidy system that prevents loose ropes during exercising. The Jump Board is easy to add or remove - as are the foot platform and platform extender. Finally, once you're finished, simply walk the frame up to a vertical position for storage or you can stack up to 3 if you remove the riser poles.

Please note the springs supplied are as follows :
