MOTU Flow Pilates Reformer Bundle

Helping you to improve your physical fitness, whether you are an absolute beginner or a more advanced user, the MOTU Flow Pilates Reformer has been designed to help you build your strength, flexibility and balance with a low-impact workout.

The height from the floor to the top of the carriage is a perfect 36cm making this reformer accessible to everyone. Then you also get this as a reformer bundle that includes a sitting box, maple pole, jump board, foot platform and platform extender, there's everything you need for a range of exercises.

The MOTU Flow

Designed and manufactured with extensive knowledge and hands-on Pilates experience, the MOTU Flow Reformer offers an aluminium frame that houses glide rails for the 8-wheeled carriage as well as carriage stoppers in 3 positions. The carriage is covered with a microfibre faux leather padding that is comfortable as well as easy to clean. Finally, the resistance is supplied by the 5 premium quality Korean piano wire springs - 3 strong, 1 medium, 1 light in conjunction with a 3 position Spring Adjustment Bar which can fine-tune the resistance.

The MOTU Flow is fully adjustable in all the usual places. This helps to maximise comfort and accessibility. Starting at the head of the reformer, the two rope pulley risers are easy to adjust, with an adjustable headrest (3 positions) and width adjustable shoulder pads. The foot of the Pilates Reformer then offers a 6-position, high-density foam-covered foot bar system. Along with the durable 8mm ropes, the Flow also has an automatic rope tidy system to prevent loose ropes during exercises. The Jump Board is easy to add or remove - as are the foot platform and platform extender. Finally, once you're finished, simply walk the frame up to a vertical position for storage.
