Designed to allow beginners or advanced users to help you build strength, flexibility and improve your balance, this foldable reformer offers a low impact workout and allows you to carefully control the exercise. The MOTU Flex White Reformer for Pilates comes as a bundle so you don't need to spend anything else. With a sitting box, jump board as well as a foot platform in the bundle.

The MOTU Flex White

Designed and manufactured by Pilates experts, the MOTU Flex Reformer machine has an aluminium frame that houses glide rails for the 8 wheeled carriage - which includes 3 carriage stopper positions. The carriage does not go across the fold mechanism when using.  With it's microfibre faux leather padding, this reformer is comfortable as well as easy to clean. Resistance comes from the 5 premium quality Korean piano wire springs - 3 strong, 1 medium, 1 light. There is adjustability of the spring bar as well as the choice to add or remove the different springs. 

Starting at the head of the Flex reformer, the two rope Pulley Risers can be adjusted as you need. The head rest is adjustable in 3 positions and you also get width-adjustable shoulder pads. The foot bar has 6-position and offers a high-density foam-covering. The 8mm ropes are connected with the automatic rope tidy system that helps to prevent loose ropes during a workout. The jump board is easy to add or remove - as are the foot platform.

Finally, once you're finished, Motu Flex Reformers can be folded up and stored vertically on their wheels (the Footbar needs to be positioned flat against carriage). Pulleys Risers can be removed for neater / smaller footprint storage.
