Concept2 Rower
The ubiquitous Concept2 Rowing Machine (or the Concept2 Model D Rower with PM5 Monitor RowErg for its proper name). In two forms, standard legs or elevated, you get the console and air resistance as standard with the 2.0.
Concept2 Rower
The Concept2 Rower is instantly recognisable. From CrossFit Boxes to Commercial Gyms and Boutique studios, it seems everyone has one - somewhere! Part of a small but select range of machines, the Concept 2 rowing machine is by far what this company is known for.
The ultimate rowing machine is often how this is described, so the Concept 2.0 is also known as the RowErg and is a commercial rower that every home or gym should have for cardio workouts including HIIT sessions. Simple and easy to use, the smooth action from the chain and recall is easy to control and you have the air resistance that you can apply to suit your needs.
Choosing Your Rower
There's a reason the Concept2 is the world's most popular rower and a standard for. Comfortable, easy to use, long-lasting and with an easy console and resistance controls. What's not to like? Providing a superb cardiovascular workout, you can track all the essential metrics via the PM5 monitor, including Distance, Watts, KCal, Time and Strokes per minute. You can also Bluetooth your heart rate monitor.
With its partially enclosed nickel-plated steel chain, aluminium front legs and steel rear legs, this is a heavy-duty rower that is built to last. You can choose between the standard or tall legs to suit (makes it 6 inches or 15cm taller), and the adjustable footrests allow for a quick and easy foot adjustment to fit. Finally, the flywheel design minimises the noise of the Concept2 Rower but keeps the smooth pull.
