Torque Fitness

Torque Fitness makes the TANK range of wheeled push sleds for strength, speed and conditioning workouts. Using adjustable magnetic resistance that responds to effort, TANK sleds support the pushing and pulling on surfaces that range from indoor gyms to outdoor tarmac or concrete surfaces. Explore the compact M1, manoeuvrable M1S, commercial-ready M4 and high-resistance MX to find the right fit for your training.

Which Torque Fitness Tank Fits Your Training?

Having the right sled or tank can turn even a short stretch of floor into a demanding strength and conditioning workout. The Torque Fitness TANK range brings a new range of training to home gyms, coaching spaces and commercial facilities with a wheeled sled that uses magnetic resistance. Push harder and faster and the resistance increases and you can change the settings to adjust the challenge for the next session. Because the tank wheels roll, rather than a sled which scrapes, TANK sleds are incredibly versatile and can be used on a range of indoor and outdoor surfaces.

The lineup includes four models with distinct strengths. Here is a quick guide to choosing between them.

TANK M1 - Compact conditioning for home gyms

The TANK M1 brings sled training into garages and smaller home gyms. Its compact, three-wheeled design has three built-in resistance levels, so you can switch between steady pushes and harder efforts without changing weight plates. Add a compatible tow accessory to include pulling and sprint drills in your routine.

The M1 also has an optional wall-mounted storage system, useful when training space needs to serve more than one purpose. For someone who wants an accessible entry point to magnetic resistance sled training, it covers the essentials without requiring a large facility.

TANK M4: A workhorse for group training

The four-wheeled TANK M4 is designed for frequent use by athletes, trainers and facilities. Its three magnetic resistance settings make it easy to adjust the challenge between users, while its bidirectional design lets athletes push back along the same route without turning the sled around.

Handles and tow hooks support a mix of pushes and pulling exercises with compatible accessories. That variety makes the M4 a strong fit for group circuits, personal training and performance sessions where several people may use the same sled in quick succession.

TANK M3: Movement and versatility

The TANK M3 combines a three-wheel layout with pivoting wheels for 360-degree manoeuvrability. Changing direction is easier in compact training areas, opening up workouts that go beyond repeated straight-line pushes. Its multi-position handles also let users move quickly between standard pushes and wheelbarrow-style exercises.

Like the other TANK models, the M3 uses magnetic resistance that responds to effort. Its airless tyres and adaptable handles make it particularly useful for coaches who want to vary movements within a session. An optional console can add performance feedback for athletes who want to track their training.

TANK MX: Maximum resistance

The TANK MX sits at the high-resistance end of the range. A heavier, wider frame and dual magnetic brakes give it greater resistance than the M1 or M4, with an additional MX mode for an even tougher challenge. It is designed for demanding pushes, sprints and conditioning work by experienced athletes and performance teams.

Choosing a TANK comes down to your space and how you plan to train. The M1 keeps home workouts simple; the M4 handles busy group sessions; the M3 adds easier turning and movement variety; and the MX delivers the range’s greatest resistance.
