Pure offers the traditional resistance in order to help you build muscle and track your progress. Using the eccentric resistance is about the lowering phase (often forgotten) and will help build real strength through negative "drop sets". Isokinetic resistance supports rehab and, with its built-in safety features, helps to promote slow and steady muscle growth. Finally, the elastic tension mode delivers explosive workouts that help to target your twitch muscles. All of this without any metal plates.
