Designed to meet International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) specifications, this 20kg Olympic barbell measures 220cm in length and features a 29mm shaft that has been manufactured from high-strength A3 alloy steel (aka AISI A3). Its tensile strength is 210,000 PSI and has a yield strength of 195,000 PSI. This makes it perfect for repeated heavy lifting.

The Physical Powerlifting Power Bar has an aggressive knurl, along with a centre knurling. This ensures a secure grip with a black hard chrome finish, this ensures a lasting protection. The hard chrome 50mm Olympic sleeves provide 415mm of loadable length at each end, giving lifters ample room for plates. This powerlifting performance power bar has 6 bushings support smooth, controlled sleeve rotation, and compatibility with both spring collars and dog collars adds flexibility to your setup.
