NOHRD TriaTrainer

Versatile, compact, stylish this is a 3-in-1 trainer, the NOHRD TriaTrainer is an excellent multi-functional exercise bench that's contemporary and will fit in either a home or a commercial studio/gym enviroment. Hand built in Germany with a beautiful wooden frame, it is of a very high quality and very stable, as you would expect . You can also choose either genuine or artificial leather upholstery (a further £100 for each model - please call us).

The NOHRD Tria Trainer  has been designed with 3 positions. Closed, half open and fully extended. The different positions allow you to train abs, core, chest, back and even legs. Unfolding to the half position allows you to work your back and/or glutes. Opened out completely, you can use the TriaTrainer for a good bench workout with free weights or a bar.
