Life Fitness Plate Loaded Smith Machine

The Life Fitness Smith Machine is designed for lifters who value both safety and performance. Its 7-degree angled bar path aligns with the body's natural motion, making it ideal for pressing and squatting movements. The machine's robust 11-gauge steel frame ensures durability, while the smooth linear bearings provide consistent performance. With 13 bar racking positions, it accommodates various user heights and exercise variations. It also has a customisable colour for the frame. 

As with many models, the Life Fitness Plate Loaded Smith Machine also has eight weight horns for convenient plate storage, each able to hold 5 x 20kg plates. The contoured cushions with moulded foam offer superior comfort, and the non-absorbent hand grips are secured to prevent slippage during use. Standard rubber feet protect the base of the Smith machine frame and prevent the machine from slipping. Whether for a commercial facility or home gym, you get the chance to perform a wide variety of exercises, from bench press to squatting.
