With the Comfort Curve Plus™ seat with lumbar support and in total 41 seat adjustments you can make, the workout position is excellent. With resistance controls on your side handles, you can easily adjust during your workout. Add the wide self-levelling pedals and then the smooth pedal and resistance from the Generator Drive System with 8-Ribbed Poly-V Belt resistance system and you also get durability.

The Integrity Plus Recumbent bike comes with the options of different consoles and colours - so you get to choose. The SL Console (LED) and then the 16" SE4 HD Console and the 24" SE4 HD Console - the latter two are both 1080p. The SE4 HD console is an immersive touschscreen console.

Wireless internet connection comes as standard thanks to Halo (Life Fitness' cloud software solution) and with the SE4 HD consoles you can access On Demand+ from the SE4 HD and seamlessly sync and monitor data and software updates. Over 500 Life Fitness On Demand+ fitness experiences, Bluetooth headphone support, Apple and Samsung watch connectivity and ANT+ heart rate training.
