Jordan Prowler Sled

Using a performance gym sleds (also called a prowler sled is about power and explosive strength. The Jordan Prowler Sled has been beefed up to create a fully commercial, heavy duty sled that can be used indoors or outdoors, on turf or on tarmac. A great training tool all round and for those looking to specifically increase running speed or pure explosive power. It's also made for brute strength pulls or push exercises and rope pull exercises as can take up to 140kg in plates (so a total weight of 173kg!).

The Jordan Prowler Gym Sled offers superb quality, whilst also having the ability to attach a harness (which must be purchased separately). Often used by athletes, rugby and football players, you can easily add weight to increase the resistance during training. This prowler sled is incredibly durable with a solid steel frame and it also has the push/pull design for a multitude of uses.
