Whether you call it a power rack or a squat cage, this metal frame comes with two J-Hooks (one for each side of the upright) that you place at the right height for you to perform squatting or bench pressing. The Hammer Strength Power Rack comes with a number of add-ons (shown below) and all the tools to perform a wider range of exercises in a safe and sturdy environment.

Power racks are perfect for squats, bench press, overhead press, deadlifting, shrugs and more. The frame will act as a spotter or safety net when heavier weights are being used.
