GluteBuilder Plate Loaded Glute Press

The GluteBuilder Plate Loaded Glute Press is a specialised machine that has a twist on the traditional leg press by focusing entirely on the posterior chain. While a standard leg press often hammers the quads, this machine uses a unique horizontal, arc-like movement path that mimics the mechanics of a heavy glute bridge. By pushing the weight away and slightly upward, it forces the glutes to take the brunt of the load, providing an intense contraction at the top of the rep while keeping your knees and lower back in a safe, neutral position. The 4-weight horns allow for storage and progressive overload.

The Precor Glutebuilder Plate Loaded Glute Press features a massive, adjustable footplate that gives you plenty of room to play with your stance, whether you want to go high and wide to target the upper glutes or keep it narrow for a deeper stretch. The seat and back pads are thick and contoured to keep your hips firmly locked in. With its rock-solid industrial steel frame and friction-free movement, it's much more stable than using free weights and can provide the perfect isolation which your legs need to grow.
