GluteBuilder Plate Loaded Pendulum Kickback

The GluteBuilder Plate-Loaded Pendulum Kick Back is the best machine for isolating the glutes through their full range of motion. Unlike cable kickbacks that can feel unstable or awkward to set up, this pendulum-driven system provides a solid, guided arc of motion that perfectly matches the natural hip extension of the body. The beauty of the Glute Builder Pendulum design is the resistance profile, it is heaviest at the peak of the contraction, where the glute is strongest, ensuring that every rep helps to work and strengthen the glutes.

The Glute Builder Plate-Loaded Pendulum Kickback is designed for total stability. The machine features a large chest support pad and heavy-duty grab handles that allow you to brace your upper body and eliminate any momentum from the torso. The oversized, non-slip footplate on the kicking arm accommodates various foot positions, letting you fine-tune the angle to target different areas of the glutes and hamstrings. The Pendulum Kick Back is incredibly smooth and friction-free, thanks to the double linkage loading. All in all this is a standout piece for anyone looking to build explosive power in their Glutes.
