4 Way Neck Machine from Exigo

With so many workouts, users forget to focus on the muscles surrounding the neck. As these not only support your head but are also engaged in a variety of exercises, they should not be ignored. These muscles are also very useful for a lot of contact sports, as they may help prevent minor whiplash injuries, such as in sports like rugby.

The Exigo plate-loaded 4-way neck machine uses its ISO lateral technology to give you the smoothest converging and diverging workout. Mimicking the body's natural arcs of motion, this can help reduce injuries and aid rehabilitation of previous injuries. Being able to work the anterior, posterior and lateral neck flexion muscles safely is good for the user and their body!

This four-way neck machine is plate-loaded, which means you can put exactly the desired level of weight on the machine for the exercise you wish to perform. Exigo has situated the peripheral handles and the seat well to accommodate users of all heights.

Key Features

• Effectively trains anterior, posterior and lateral flexion
• Head pad rotates for optimal positioning throughout the exercise
• ISO-Lateral® technology delivers smooth converging and diverging arcs of motion
• Design allows movement of both limbs at the same time, one at a time, alternating, or with different weights
