Pilates Reformer Neck Pillow

Improve your workout position with this reformer neck pillow from Align-Pilates. Designed to fit the A*, H1 and C* series of pilates reformers, it is designed to support the natural curve of your neck during your reformer exercises. Made from a vinyl covered EVA foam, it comes in black slots in perfectly by the shoulder rests.

This is a really comfortable alternative to having to raise the reformer head pad and ergonomically more in tune with your body. This means it may also help to prevent strain or soreness.

Using Your Neck Pillow

Please note that the neck pillow should not be used with all exercises.

• Don't use the neck support pillow for exercises that require you to lift your hips higher than your head

• Do use the Neck Support Pillow to provide comfort, support and postural alignment for reformer exercises that are performed while lying on your back
