With a cable machine, low row or pulldown, this Watson Standard Grip Attachment Package can create variation as well as help to improve grip strength or focus on muscle activation. Whether you choose the Watson grips, MAG grips or just straps you can improve your grip as well as reduce fatigue through the pull phase. The Watson " standard" 35mm Grip Cable Attachments are designed to focus on max strength and stability for your grip and pull.

The Watson Standard Grip Attachment Package comes as 8 handles/attachments (one pair of rolling handles), which is 7 actual grips. With the V-handle, straight bar and an EZ curl attachment using a revolving connector, this ensures you can keep your grip strong. The wide lat bar, tricep bar and then the parallel wide grip bar mean you can easily target additional muscle groups during your workouts.
