The Watson Lat Pulldown / Low Pulley Row machine is a simple dual machine that covers both exercises without the need to change cables. Working your lats and forearms, then switching to your back, is easy. The weight stack on this dual lat pulldown / low row is designed to cater for a range of levels, with the 109kg being challenging for most.

The smooth action of the Watson Lateral Pulldown and Low Row is down to the use of high-quality commercial parts throughout. The military grade cables are also to withstand extreme use with no discernible issues during exercises. The large footplates are great for securing that low row position and the adjustable thigh pad keeps you securely in place when using the lat pull down.
