Watson Animal Adjustable Hack Squat

Want to really work your legs? The Watson Adjustable Hack Squat machine offers a unique hydraulic adjustment system that allows you to set your angle of squat from 25 - 60 degree. This allows you to target different muscle groups without the need to swap machines. It also ensures you 'recruit' more muscles fibres which maximises leg growth.  You can also perform drop sets*, one rep max lifts and a whole variation of workouts - with the ability to change this angle mid session.

With an easy hydraulic change system, the Watson Animal Hack Squat comes with a large foot plate that's adjustable to give you more flexibility. Easy adjustments, extremely smooth movement thanks to the linear bearings and premium upholstery for comfort (including the shoulder pads) ensures you can focus on the exercise at hand. Most hack squats are set at 45 degrees, this one is a step up and should be in every true strength gym.

* With drop sets, moving a heavier mass with a shallow angle is very different from pushing a lighter mass through a steep angle, even when the weight remains the same.
