Great for rehabilitation and sports-specific training. The power rack element features integrated J-hooks and safety spotter arms for squats, bench presses, overhead presses, rack pulls and other heavy compound lifts. The Smith bar element is designed for safe and solo strength training including squats and lunges. Finally, you even get dedicated pull-up bars also.
