StairMaster have carefully designed and manufactured the BoxMaster Tower for a purpose - to all you one of the very best ways to practise your punching and work on your boxing fitness! For these two reasons, the BoxMaster Tower is a triumph.
Great for a wide range of users, StairMaster have ensured each pads are numbered and set up to replicate positions for different punches. From a jab to an upper cut or a body blow. With a 30 minute workout you will be able to have a 5 minute warm up followed by 7 x 90 second punching rounds and 7 x 90 second active recovery rounds.
You can also buy two optional extras for the BoxMaster Tower. You can choose the base if you are not able to bolt into the floor. You can also buy the kick pad thatgoes round the lower part of the tower for more MMA type moves.
