As a company, Stages have set out to provide the very highest quality indoor cycles. They have set up the SB20 so it is optimised for Zwift, Peloton, TrainerRoad, Rouvy, RGT, Kinomap and all leading apps. Because they have also included Bluetooth, ANT+, FE-C and FTMS protocols it works with almost all apps.
When going for your ride, you can control the resistance in one of four ways :
- Indoor cycling apps
- Constant power in Erg Mode
- Use blutooth or ANT+ device like Stages Dash GPS
- Manual Mode
