Spirit 35 Pin Select Low Row

Rowing with weight - in effect what the Spirit 35 Pin Select Low Row machine emulates. With a decline angle pad and comfortable foot rests, you can get the right position every time in order to create a smooth pull from the 100kg weight stack. This decline also helps with stablising you as the weight gets heavier.

Choose A Low Row

The low row is about working your lower and upper back as well using your grip and arms to perform the right row. Controlling the speed of pull and release is key to really working the muscles properly, so make sure your posture and position is right before you start your exercise.

Spirit have also thought about the position of the cable handle - keeping it low to ensure you keey your elbows tucked along your body during the exercise. You can of course also switch out handles if you wish to use 3rd party cable attachments.
