Returns & Refund Policy


Overview

At GymEquipment.co.uk we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy please call us on 01494 952182 to discuss in the first instance. You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable/digital products
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

3. Custom & Bespoke Gym Equipment (No Refunds)

All custom-built, made-to-order, or bespoke gym equipment is non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item is faulty or not as described.

This includes any products that have been:

  • Manufactured to your specifications
  • Modified or personalised upon request
  • Finished with bespoke frame or upholstery colours
  • Built specifically for your order

By placing an order for custom or bespoke equipment, you acknowledge and agree that these items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

4. Exceptional Returns (Partial Refund Terms)

In certain exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, agree to accept a return outside of our standard policy. Where a return is approved under these conditions:

  • A refund may be issued for the returned product(s), subject to inspection and approval.
  • All delivery, shipping, and installation costs that have been invoiced are strictly non-refundable.
  • Any additional costs incurred (including collection, handling, or restocking fees) may be deducted from the final refund amount.

Approval of exceptional returns is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs where applicable.

6. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order details.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and send it to the provided return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please request this during the return process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check with your bank or payment provider.
  • Contact us if the issue persists, and we will assist you.
