What you're buying is the Physical Rubber Competition Bumper Plate Barbell Set - This consists of 150kg of Olympic Bumper Plates, a 7ft Pro Olympic Bar (20kg) and the hex lock collars. In fact everything you need to get working out.

The bumper plates are black with a coloured weight and logo. Colours signify the weight and are in the usual IWF Olympic colours of grey, green, yellow, blue and red (5kg,10kg,15kg,20kg and 25kg respectively).
