NOHRD SwingTower

One of the NOHRD range of gym products, the NOHRD SwingTower with SwingWeights is a compact and stylish way to house 4 pairs of swing weights. With the SwingWeights being 2kg, 4kg, 6kg and 8kg, you get a progressive increase in weight and thanks to the shifting pellets, it adds a little more resistance as you move them.
