Life Fitness SYNRGY 360XL Training Rig

Eight work stations means the SYNRGY 360XL training rig is ideal for group sessions, a very busy gym,or for a studio that specialises in functional training. It comes in three different packages giving you a choice in how you want to set yourself up. This is forgetting the huge attachments and add-ons you can also choose from to really bespoke your rig.

The SYNRGY 360XL Rig

Manufactured with an 11-gauge steel frame, this gives the Life Fiitness SYNRGY 360 rigs great stability and rigidity even when under extreme use. With a choice of colour, various attachments and add-ons that you can add to any of the three packages, the only issue is where exactly you can put this beast of a training rig for maximum effect.

360XL Functional Training Rig

Eight dedicated stations that offer boxing, 10-handle monkey bars, a single or dual cable (depends on package you choose), countless storage shelves and pegs/anchors for a range of functional training and, of course, a couple of dedicated pull up/chin up bars. The amount of kit is superb and is enough for pretty much any small to medium sized gym.

As discussed there's three packages you can choose from - Versa; Combo; and Mix. Each gives you a slightly different set up and equipment level so you can choose to suit your needs and what your clients are likely to want. Then, before you finally choose, you can also choose the colour of the frame - to suit your gym brand or colours, or just to make a statement.

With it's 11-gauge steel frame you get structural stability and also through it's own weight, this helps to keep it on the ground (although you can of course bolt into the floor). The SYNRGY 360XL is durable, versatile and very much a modular training rig.
