Life Fitness SYNRGY 360T Training Rig - Synergy Modular

A functional rig with five different configurations to suit. The 11-gauge steel frame provides a superbly balanced foundation for this rig. Life Fitness created the 360T SYNRGY Rig to provide multiple users with two workstations and exercise options, with a minimal footprint of 1.27 m x 2.26 m (it's 2.5m high). It's designed to be put against a wall if required.

The SYNRGY 360T Functional Rig

The SYNRGY is a modular system, and Life Fitness created the SYNRGY 360T as the entry configuration. With lots of optional attachments and add-ons, you can add as you require. Choose your own frame colour, configure the attachments, and you can offer strength, functional and bodyweight exercises. This is a hugely versatile choice for any gym.
