Along with its WattRate TFT console, features include handlebar buttons to change the display, 300 degree reistance adjustment button and for the smooth glide on the seat, the embedded roller system. The quick release ratchet foot straps are excellent and grip your foot perfectly during the workout. Finally, every time you're in the pull stroke, the Poly-V belt and chain pulling mechanism ensures you are losing little or no energy.
