Built for smooth and controlled movements the Life Fitness Adjustable Cable Crossover gives you a twin 95kg weight stack with 1:2 cable ratio. The pulley carriages are adjustable low to high, from 178mm or 7" up to 1930mm or 76". Each pulley carriage also offers a 165° of rotation which ensures you can maximise the exercises you can do thanks to the wider angles. The Life Fitness Cable Crossover also has multi-grip pull-up handles halfway over the 3.8m span giving you bodyweight training.
