Jordan Power Bands
The Jordan Power Bands come in 6 levels and are heavy duty resistance bands that are perfect for muscle activation and adding extra resistance to a wide range of exercises. In 13mm, 22mm, 32mm, 44mm, 64mm and 83mm sizes.
Jordan Power Bands
Using colours to denote the different widths and therefore resistance, the Jordan Power Bands come in six colours, red, black, purple, green, blue and orange to denote which is which. They are easy to use and as resistance bands can be attached to pull up bars to help support you, or stood on to create resistance for curls.
Every gym should have a set of the Power Resistance Bands as they provide a simple and easy way to introduce low impact resistance. The wider the band width, the more resistance. Jordan have created a simple and affordable set that can be used in commercial gyms or at home.
Power Bands Resistance
Resistances are per band and equate to the approximate loading at slight extension and up to maximum extension (or maximum loading)
- Red - 13mm wide = 2kg - 16kg resistance
- Black - 22mm wide = 4kg - 23kg resistance
- Purple - 32mm wide = 11kg - 36kg resistance
- Green - 44mm wide = 23kg - 54kg resistance
- Blue - 64mm wide = 27kg - 68kg resistance
- Orange - 83mm wide = 32kg - 79kg resistance
