Choosing Your Power Rack

First and foremost, check your ceiling height. Not only for the height of the rack (The Jordan Helix Freestanding Power Rack is 2250mm by the way) but to ensure you have the additional 350 - 400mm needed to perform your chin ups (if that's important to you). Secondly, we suggest you chalk out the dimensions if you are slightly worried about the size of this rack. The additional legs that come out at the front for stability and balance of the rack can use up considerably room in a small gym.

As standard you get the 150kg rated chin up bar as well as the rubber feet and the 5mm thick steel brace plates for the base of the uprights and feet. With 17 add-ons available, this is a great solution for the home or commercial gym and also provides a level of safety too.
