Hammer Strength Select Hip Adduction

Allowing you to work the inner thigh muscles, namely the adductor brevis, adductor longus, adductor magnus, pectineus and gracilis. The key here is that no single muscle works alone. It is important as hip adduction will involve moving your leg toward  and across the center of your body for certain activities and sports. For example building strength is great for football, karate and even XC running where you get pushed off balance.

To use the Hammer Strength Hip Adduction machine, settle yourself in the fully adjustable seat, spread your legs open and place so the pads are on the inside of the knee. Then adjust the ratchet so the pads are as narrow or wide as you require and then simply bringing your legs together against the pads to close together. The resistance all comes from the selectorised weight stack.
