Hammer Strength Rubber Olympic Plates - RNDX

Whether you're squatting, pressing or doing Olympic exercises like clean and jerk, these Hammer Strength RNDX Rubber Olympic plates provide the full range of weight discs you need for your gym. With their 'X' pattern, the range includes 1.25kg; 2.5kg; 5kg; 10kg; 15kg; 20kg and 25kg discs with the +/- 1% tolerance you'd expect. As well as the rubber moulded covering, the Hammer Strength Rubber Olympic plates  all (except the smallest 2.5kg disc) come with the four-handle grips to make handling easier. These grips can also be used for the making exercises like lunges, walking or twisting with the plates easier. The Rubber Olympic plates feature a 2" Olympic centre hole is a pressed and flared stainless insert that's rounded to prevent catching as you slide onto the bar sleeves.
