FLOWIN Pro Board

FLOWIN^® Friction Training^TM has been developed by a team of Swedish decathletes it offers a multitude of training opportunities. Targeting the upper, lower body and core in group exercise classes, small group training and individual training it really adds variety.

The FLOWIN® Friction Trainers are available in two models: the FLOWIN® PRO for professional use, which uses a more rigid board, designed for daily high-frequency use (gyms, fitness centres, rehab institutions), and the more flexible, portable and easy-to-store FLOWIN® SPORT, for spontaneous/ home use.
