With a choice of colours for your frame and also for the upholstery (if you wish) you can tie it in with your colour scheme and add a little customisation. Above all it's a perfect weights bench for a wide range of different exercises and comes with full EN957 / EN ISO 20957 certificastions - so great for school gym equipment.

Why Choose An Upright Bench?

Whilst this wouldn't be the only bench you have, an upright bench ensures you stay in the right position when performing a number of more technical exercises. A traditional FID (Flat Incline Decline) bench can offer much of the same options - but as it is an adjustable weight bench, there is often a little movement as you perform heavier weights.
