Exigo Speed Sled

Designed and manufactured in the UK, the Exigo Speed sled provides the ultimate strength and conditioning workout and can help with your explosive strength too. Pulled using the karabiners and ropes, add as many, or as few, weight plates as you need or use a harness for leg work. Fitness sleds provide an intense and demanding total body workout.

This Exigo sled is extremely durable and engineered with competitive athletes in mind. It can be used indoors or outdoors and is available in a range of frame colours so that you can match it up to club or brand colours. Supplied with four corner weight pins and a central pin for even weight distribution.

A Double Prowler Fitness Sled

Often used by athletes, professional sportsmen and anyone looking to improve their fitness levels, double prowler sleds are a fun and rewarding way of training. Exigo have produced this Dual Fitness Sled, which you can push or pull for an intense workout. You can also connect a harness and practice sprints whilst dragging weight. This is a great way to develop aerobic and anaerobic fitness and total body strength.

The prowler sled (or fitness sled) has become a favourite amongst strength athletes and coaches as it trains the whole body and is simple to use. You can add as many weight plates as you want, depending on how strong you are feeling. You will find many of the leading strength and conditioning coaches using these, and they are also very popular among CrossFit workouts. There are a number of rope and harness eyelets, as well as all weight pins included. Harnesses and weight discs must be bought separately.
