Exigo Selectorised Multi Press (100kg Weight Stack)

You can save space in your gym whilst providing a true multi-functional strength machine. The Exigo Multi Press gives you 3 distinct workout positions for your upper body. From a flat chest position, to incline chest press and then a shoulder press, thanks to the adjustable seat and back pad this gives you all three workout positions. The Exigo Multi-Press comes with a 100kg weight stack and easy-to-use selectorised pin. You even get 5kg weight increments so you can easily improve your PB when you're ready. You can also add an additional 25kg or 50kg weight stack upgrade.

The Exigo Multi Press machine goes one step further than most multipress machines as it offers more than just chest press and shoulder press. The actual positions for exercise are a gently angled Shoulder Press, variable Incline Chest Press and a Flat Chest Press. With the 38mm ribbed rubber handles offering different grip positions, you get an all round comfortable workout position. As a fully commercial strength machine built in the UK, only the highest quality components and frame are used on this selectorised multi-press, hence the lifetime frame warranty.

The multi-press machine offers exercises that work the following muscles (in no particular order) :

• Bench press: Pectoralis major, the main muscle of the chest and triceps
• Chest press: Pectoralis major, deltoids, triceps, biceps, and serratus anterior
• Shoulder press: Front deltoid, top front of the shoulder and triceps
