From a flat chest position, to incline chest press and then a shoulder press, thanks to the adjustable seat and back pad, you can get all three workout positions. With its 125kg weight stack and easy-to-use selectorised pin, you even get 5kg weight increments so you can easily improve your PB when you're ready.

The Exigo Multi Press goes one step further than most multi press machines as it offers more than just chest press and shoulder press. The actual positions for exercise are a gently angled Shoulder Press, variable Incline Chest Press and a Flat Chest Press. With the 38mm ribbed rubber handles offering different grip positions, you get an all round comfortable workout position. Which Muscles?

The multi press machine offers exercises that work the following muscles (in no particular order) :

• Bench press: Pectoralis major, the main muscle of the chest and triceps
• Chest press: Pectoralis major, deltoids, triceps, biceps, and serratus anterior
• Shoulder press: Front deltoid, top front of the shoulder and triceps
